Refund policy

RETURNS

Contact us through our contact form or via email to carmencollectionlondon@gmail.com to arrange a return. If you need to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order and return to us within 28 days of receiving the order.

We will refund the orders once we have received them though we are unable to refund shipping costs. 

We do not offer free returns, so the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to us. 

Note that Custom/personalised orders may not be returned.
