Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Dispatch times will vary for items as many items are made to order. 

Made to order items will be dispatched within 7-10 days.
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. 

We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible. 

Orders will be shipped out using Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery - 3 - 5  working days - £3.95
Free delivery for all orders over £120

Orders are currently processed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 
We do not normally dispatch orders on the weekend.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please get in touch directly for international shipping. Contact carmencollectionlondon@gmail.com before placing your order and we will advise on whether we are able to ship to your destination and relevant costs.

RETURNS

Contact us through our contact form or via email to carmencollectionlondon@gmail.com to arrange a return. If you need to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order and return to us within 28 days of receiving the order.

We will refund the orders once we have received them though we are unable to refund shipping costs. 

We do not offer free returns, so the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to us. 

Note that Custom/personalised orders may not be returned.
